I manually uninstalled the application and installed a new instance of Office 2013. We used Microsoft roaming profiles which are stored on a separate File server. The strange thing is this is not affecting one XenApp host in particular, but all of them. Here is the situation, In a similar scenario to other posts, all of my users are unable to launch Outlook 2013 as it hangs at "Loading Profile" I have tried the usual troubleshooting steps such as launching in safe mode, resetting the nav pane, creating a new profile and repairing the installation - all of which to no avail. I appreciated that this might not be a citrix issue however any insight that people can give would be much appreciated.
